Headshot Prices

50% Payment/Deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and the balance due at the session. For simplicity, you may prepay in full for your session (plus 6% tax) at time of scheduling.

If included, images will be posted to gallery within 3 business days of the session/event date, where they will remain available for 7 days then removed. For additional $50, online gallery can be posted again for 7 more days then removed.

*All images will be removed from gallery and deleted 45 days after session, so please make your selection promptly.

After client receives final images, images will be deleted. We do not archive client images.

Standard Image Retouching

Our portrait sessions include additional image processing for the photos you select. This includes enhancement of the skin, removal of blemishes, softening wrinkles, removal of fly away hairs, and other minor enhancements in photoshop to make you look your best. It does not include major alterations such as removing glasses distortion/glare, changing hair style, changing background color etc. All major photo alterations or work above and beyond the standard retouching is considered Premium Retouching and will be an extra charge on a case by case basis or billed at $100 hr.

If for some reason you don’t love our standard image retouching, you have two options:

1) we will give you the original unretouched images or

2) you can pay extra to have us retouch the image again according to your request

Premium Image Retouching
Our Premium Image Retouching is for everything not included in our Standard Image Retouching described above. It is a custom service based on your special requests, priced case-by-case, based on $100 hr rate.

One session reschedule is without penalty provided that CLIENT notifies us via e-mail at least 72 hours prior to the session. If client fails to notify us within that time, a $75 re-scheduling fee must be paid.

Many ladies love to have their makeup done by a professional in preparation for their photo session. They tell us that the professional makeup artist touch helps them relax and enjoy the photo session more. They say it’s a real confidence booster to look so good during the session. In the event of a cancellation, a credit, less a $100 fee, will be credited toward a future job with Client.

If CLIENT is late to scheduled start time, or unprepared for the session, time will not be extended or rescheduled. Refunds are not available for sessions cut short or entirely missed due to CLIENT’S late arrival. A $75 late fee will be charged to all clients arriving past our 15 minute grace period.

Do You Match Backgrounds, Lighting or Poses?
No. We are happy to try and do something similar, but we don’t MATCH backgrounds, poses or lighting. Even if we try and exactly reproduce a previous photo session, backgrounds, poses and lighting will vary from image to image.Each image is art in it’s own right, and the pose, lighting and backgrounds will always vary slightly from one image to the next.Backgrounds can be exactly MATCHED but usually require additional photoshop work at a rate of $100 per hour. 1 hour will usually be enough.

Bethesda Headshots retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of the Media, now and in the future.Once payment has been received, Bethesda Headshots grants CLIENT a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to download and copy any purchased copyrighted digital images (“Media”). Bethesda Headshots, its heirs, successors and assigns, retains unlimited permission to license, use, reproduce and distribute these images of me and/or my property, in any country, at any time, in any Media, for any purpose. Such permissible use may include but is not limited to: commercial use, personal use, advertising, trade, exhibition, competition, promotion, marketing, stock photography, product packaging, video, print, publication or editorial work. Client has no right to inspect or approve the final use of my images or copy that may accompany it or right to compensation for use of these images. Client will make no claim against Bethesda Headshots, or his assigns for compensation relating to the use of  images.What You May Do: Display on websites, social media, and computers. Make image prints up to 8″x10″.What You May Not Do: Resell, re-license, sub-license, or redistribute without express written permission from Bethesda Headshots.
